Frank Babb, 89, passed away August 26, 2018.  He was born in Nansemond County, VA the son of the late Lycurgus and Martha Harris Babb.  He was predeceased by his wife, Josephine Ray Babb; sons, Charles "Buddy" Stanley Babb, Thomas James Babb; and 2 grandchildren.  Frank worked as a truck driver.  He was a former member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge.

Frank is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Earl White, Lisa and Todd Pope; son, Frank Babb, Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Jean Simpkins; and brothers, Ralph and John Babb.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Thursday, August 30, 2018  from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will be private at Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
