Yance Douglas Ruth, 30, passed away March 4, 2016. He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of Roy D. and Shelvia J. Ruth. He loved the Washington Redskins and was their biggest fan. Including his parents, Yance is survived by his son, Devin Douglas Ruth; daughter, Kassandrea Leighva Ruth; sister, Ashley Ruth Bradshaw (Samuel Lee); niece, Adelyn Ruth Bradshaw; nephew, Laine Lee Bradshaw; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Dorothy Ruth; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, William M. Anderson and Shirley Ann Anderson.
