Woodrow Wilson Marshall's Obituary
Woodrow Wilson Marshall, 89, of Chesapeake, VA passed away on September 6, 2010. A native of North Carolina, he was the son of the late, Zeph Marshall and Maude DeForest Marshall. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy having served during World War II and was at Pearl Harbor. He was a Civil Service employee working in the Inspections Division.
