Wonedith Crace "Edith" Davenport, 101, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026. She was born in Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Lloyd and June Jenkins Crace. In addition to her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 73 years, Edward Linwood "Eddie" Davenport; four sisters; and one brother. Edith was a devoted member of Great Fork Baptist Church.

Edith is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William Mitchell Crace and June Crace; her sons and daughters-in-law, James Linwood and Sylvia Davenport, and William Frederick "Freddie" and Theresa Davenport; her grandchildren, Dana Howe (Randy), Joey Davenport, and Amy Davenport; and her great-grandchildren, Brooke Davenport, Emma Davenport, and Becca Howe.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Matt Parron officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Great Fork Baptist Church. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Emily Green Shores for the loving care and compassion shown to Edith over the past six and half years. Condolences may be registered online at parrfuneralhome.com.
