Willie "Tim" Timothy Brinkley, 72, of Windsor, VA passed away on May 4, 2014. A native of Nansemond County, VA he was the son of the late James Willie Brinkley and Virginia Elizabeth Byrd Brinkley. He was also predeceased by his first wife, Mary Margaret Brinkley, and son Robert Earl King. He was a self-employed trucker. Tim was a member of New Branch Church.

Tim is survived by his wife of 12 years, Patricia Brinkley; daughters, Sharon-Faye Curtis (Gregg), Cecelia Ramsey (William); son, Ronald "Ronnie" Brinkley (Anne); step-children, Paul Marshall (Stacey), Rudolph Marshall, Jennifer Hudson, Angela Whitmore, and Johnny Hudson, Jr. (Elisa); 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA with Rev. William Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be held Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
