Willie "Billy" Thomas Warren, III, 60, of Smithfield, VA passed away December 4, 2014. He was born in Portsmouth, VA to Willie Thomas Warren, Jr. and the late Virginia Lee Mathews Warren. He worked at the Tidewater Occupational Center for 25 years. He was a member of the Smithfield Church of Christ.

In addition to his father Billy is survived by his step mother, Debra Warren and brother, Larry Warren.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, December 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Memorial Park Smithfield, VA with Rev. Michael Turner officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Isle of Wight Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 97, Smithfield, VA 23431.
