William Thomas West's Obituary
William Thomas West, 71, passed away May 12, 2015. He was born in Nansemond County, VA the son of the late Moody and Emma West. He is survived by his nieces and nephews. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be private at the Copeland Family Cemetery.
