William "Billy" Thomas Bunch, Sr., 73, passed away December 10, 2017.  He was born in Gatesville, NC the son of the late Leroy Isiah Bunch and Evelyn Mae Bunch.  He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Judy Holland Bunch and his son, William Thomas Bunch, Jr.  Billy graduated from Chowan High School and later went on to work and retire as a Mechanic from Lipton Tea Company.  He was a member of Liberty Spring Christian Church.

Billy is survived by his daughters, Aimee B. Foley (James), Amber B. Russell (Shannon); and grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, and Danielle Foley, Thomas and Kevin Kerr.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Spring Christian Church with Rev. Dr. Chris Surber officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory.  Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com .
