William "Bill" Nelson Musgrove, 82, passed away January 21, 2021.  He was born in Danville, VA the son of the late William Randolph Musgrove and Hazel Morgan Musgrove.  He was predeceased by his brother, Joe A. Musgrove.  Bill was an Air Force veteran.  He later went on to work and then retired as a facilities manager for Tidewater Finance Company.  He was a member of Great Hope Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA.  He loved riding bicycles and was a former member of the Tidewater Bicycles Association.

Bill is survived by his wife of 28 years, Nora Jane Knight Musgrove; children, Winnie Dee Dixon, Mitchell Nelson Musgrove (Anna), Steven Musgrove (Elizabeth), Randolph Dean Musgrove (Katherine), Edward C. Bliss, and Kevin Scott Bliss (Savannah); 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and brother, Brent Musgrove.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial with military honors will be private at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
