Seth at the age of 58 went to join his parents, Eloise and Clifford on November 5, 2013. He worked as a Lead Man for QCD. He leaves behind to cherish his memories a daughter, Catherine of Virginia Beach, a son, Seth stationed in San Antonio, TX; a brother, Billy (Cindy) of Suffolk, a brother, Michael (Marilyn) of Roanoke, a sister, Lynn of Suffolk, and a sister, Susan (Robin) of Moorehead City, NC. There are also numerous other family and friends who will have fond memories as well. Golfing and his family were his greatest passions in life.

A gathering to celebrate Seth's life will be held at Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 4-6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Friends can also join the family other times at the residence of Billy and Cindy Morgan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity in his name.
