William Ray Lee, 92, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2014. He was a native of North Carolina. Ray was the son of the late William Jasper Lee and Mary Haven White Lee. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran. He was the retired owner of Lee's Farm Supply and a member and deacon of Windsor Baptist Church. Ray also belonged to the Cypress Cove Country Club, South of the James Golf Group, and was the oldest member of the Windsor Ruritans.Ray was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth "Ebbie" B. Lee.

He is survived by his three sons and their wives, William "Bill" Ray Lee, Jr. (Sharon) of Oakland, ME, Terry W. Lee (Debra) of Gates Co. NC, and Robert E. Lee (Alice) of Suffolk, VA.; grandchildren, Jaime, Ryan, Tracy, and Rachel; great grandchildren, Hunter and Mason; sister Ruth Watson of Henderson, NC.

A celebration of life service with visitation to follow will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
