William "Bill" Ivan Darden, 77, of Windsor, VA passed away on April 26, 2010. A native of Buckhorn, VA he was the son of the late "Buck" Mills William Darden and Lula May Price Darden . Bill was predeceased by his son Danny Darden. Bill served in the U. S. Army, then went on to work until retirement as a Supervisor at St. Regis Paper Company.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Sandra Bradshaw Darden; step- daughter and stepson-in-law, Lisa B. and Gregory Edwards; stepson and daughter-in-law James E. and Yvonne Bradshaw; five grandchildren and a sister, Carolyn D. Tomlin of Carrsville, VA; nephews, Chad and Barry Tomlin.

A Memorial Service will be held at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Roger Johnson officiating. Friends may join the family for visitation after the service.
