William "Bill" H. Mintz, 74, of Zuni, VA passed away July 22, 2012. He was born in Savannah, GA the son of the late Elizabeth J. and John A. Mintz. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in the 82nd Airborne. He later went on to retire from NADEP as a machinist. He was a member of Zuni Presbyterian Church.

Bill is survived by his wife of 31 years, Victoria M. Mintz; sons, Randy and Eric Mintz; brothers, John and Frank Mintz; step daughter, Joni C. Griffin; step son, John C. Belcher; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
