William "Bill" Cleveland Hines, 81, passed away January 10, 2021.  He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of the late Curtis Raby Hines and Mary Louise Duke Hines.  He was predeceased by his sisters, Pam H. Stafford and Nancy H. Rawls.  Bill worked at J & E Napa Auto Parts.  He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Bill is survived by his nieces, Heather, Deanna, and Elizabeth; and nephews, Tommy and Michael; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Rev. Charles Thompson officiating.  Friends may join the family for a visitation with limited gathering and social distancing on Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com .
