He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Crawley; father, Don Crawley and wife, Beth; brother, Charles Crawley; sister, Stacey Nearhoof nieces, Asia Crawley, Brianna and Bella Nearhoof; nephew, Sabian Crawley; great nephew, Bently Luke Crawley; and aunts, uncle and friends. Billy's memorial service will be Friday, December 30, 2016 at 4 PM in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
