William Earl "Bill" York's Obituary
William Earl "Bill" York, 76, passed away December 19, 2017. He was a native of North Carolina. Bill was the son of the late Edgar Earl York and Christine Louise Mitchell York. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Paula Wenz. Bill retired as a sales manager for Auto Zone. Bill had many passions in life, including cars of all sizes, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and his dogs (and other animals). He had a fun energy that was contagious to those around him.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Carol York, Theresa Nicholas, Rebecca Deans; son-in-law, Jason Carter; grandchildren, Jeff Nicholas, Tyler Nicholas, Chase Garrison, Bryce Moore, Mathew Moore, Carly Deans, and Cain Carter; great grandchild, Oakley Nicholas; and sister, Linda Stout.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Randy Bryant officiating. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
