William Arthur Bailey's Obituary
William Arthur Bailey, 53, passed away September 24, 2016. He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of the late Claude William Bailey and Barbara Anne Uzzell Bailey. He worked as an operating engineer for the City of Norfolk.
William is survived by his wife of 13 years, Aida Beatriz Bailey; daughters, Marianne Nichole Keith, Julee Ann Germ (Richard); son, Robert Joseph Bailey; grandchild, Blayne Germ; sister, Deborah Bailey.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
