Wayne Corbin Newton Sr, 73, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. He was born in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Audrey Corbin Rowe and Aaron Duke Newton. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict. He later went on to work as an aeronautical engineer at many different aircraft businesses. He was a lifelong member of R & R Hunting Club. He especially loved his family and friends, and always enjoyed spending time with them.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Sue Newton; children, Jason Newton (Nicole Newsome), Lucy Newton, Wayne Newton Jr. (Jennifer), and Matthew Newton (Terra Marie); grandchildren, Chase, Dawson, Hannah, Caton, Levi, and Sydney Newton, and Seth Savage; siblings, Eugene Newton and Vickie Rowe; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and best friend, Ronnie Thomas.

Wayne's celebration of life service will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the family's residence.
