Wanda Mae Bell Mills, 80, died on October 2, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Bell and Monnie Garretson Hatcher. She is also predeceased by her husband, Billy Mills and great granddaughter, Makayla Garris.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Connie Mills Garris; son, Johnny Raymond Mills (Dianna); grandchildren, Glenn Lee Garris, Cliff O. Garris, Jaime L. Barnes and Karen Mills-Ellis; great grandchildren, Sadie, Glenn Jr, Sydnie, Tessa, Seth, Kayli, Baylie and Zoie; great great granddaughter, Serenity; and brothers, Dennis Bell and Glennis Bell.
