Virgie Lee Holland, 74, of Suffolk, VA passed away April 16, 2014.  She was born in Suffolk to the late Mamie Lee Holland and Fenton L. Holland, Sr.  She is also predeceased by her sister, Mary Louise H. Carr, and brother, Michael L. Holland.  Virgie was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her dog, Snake, her coca-colas, fried chicken, and peppermints, and going to Pizza Hut every year for her birthday.

Virgie is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon K. and Clarence Burkholder, and Frances Ann and Ed Randall; brother, Fenton L. Holland, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev.
