Victoria Anne Delpiero, affectionately known as Vicci, passed away at the age of 53 on November 8, 2025. Born in Southampton Co, VA, she was the beloved daughter of Judith Anne Forehand and Victor Delpiero Jr. Throughout her life, Vicci held various jobs, but she found her true calling as a cosmetologist at Smartstyle Hair Salon. Her greatest role she took pride in the most was being a mother and then a grandmother.

Vicci was a devoted member of the Magnolia Methodist Church, where she sang in the church choir and participated actively in the Sojourners Small Group and the Lost & Found Bible Study. Her commitment to her community was evident through her volunteer work with Meals On Wheels.

She is survived by her loving parents, her daughter Piper Pittman and son-in-law Adam, and her cherished granddaughter Daphne June Salcedo. Vicci also leaves behind her brothers Jason Delpiero and his wife Jessica, and Timothy Delpiero, as well as her niece Sofia Delpiero and nephews Cross and Cooper Delpiero, Silas Weber, and Elijah Coon.

A funeral service to honor Vicci's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Magnolia Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Brandon Nichols. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Ivy Hill Cemetery in Smithfield, VA. Friends and family are invited to a visitation from 5-7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
