Victoria Harrell Mathias, 74, passed away July 13, 2019. She was born in Nansemond County, VA to the late Marshall Joseph and Daisy Elizabeth Wolfley Harrell. Victoria retired as a bookkeeper. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Victoria is survived by her sons, Thomas T. Eason (Beverly), Andrew M. Mathias (Lisa); and granddaughter, Bayleigh Mathias.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Burt Pearce officiating. Burial will follow at Holland Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 870 Greenbrier Circle, Tower II, Suite 404, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
