Victor Jordan Layton, 76, passed away April 17, 2019. He was the son of the late Elbert Victor Layton and Maisewell Virginia Jordan Brinkley. He was predeceased by his siblings, E. Wendell Layton and Mable L. Scott.  Victor was a retired welder and a U.S. Army veteran.

Victor is survived by his nephews and their wives, David and Brenda Layton, and Jeff and Janice Layton; and niece and her husband, Paula Scott Marx and John Marx.
