Vernon "Henry" Dale Bailey, 62, passed away November 16, 2018.  He was born in Rochester, NY the son of the late Austin Ray Cheek, Sr. and Betty Mae Redden.  He worked as a chef for Denny's in Virginia Beach, VA.

Henry is survived by his sister, Betty A. Dixon and husband, R.T.; brother, Austin Ray Cheek, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
