Tulsa D. Sturges, 61, passed away December 21, 2023.  He was born in Alma, Georgia the son of Esta Pricillia Miller Sturges and the late Sidney Darwin Sturges.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Mary Tulissia Sturges.  Tulsa was a United States Air Force veteran.  He went on to own and operate his own electrical contracting business, Highway Electric, Inc.

Tulsa is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sharon Anne Sturges; step-children, Jennifer VanDyne (Brandon), and Paul Elliott, Jr. (T.J.); grandchildren, Dustin VanDyne, Tiffani VanDyne, and Aaron Elliott; and sister, Mary Harrison (Andy).
