Obituary

Tracy Bryant Vick, born on March 20, 1963, in Suffolk, Virginia, passed away on April 30, 2026, in her hometown of Suffolk, Virginia, at the age of 63.Tracy worked as a hairdresser, bringing joy and confidence to those she served with her skillful hands and warm heart. She never met a stranger—only friends she hadn’t yet made. Tracy had a heart that was endlessly giving, the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back without a second thought. Her home and her arms were always open, welcoming anyone who needed comfort, laughter, or simply a place to belong. She lived life fully and loved just as hard, bringing warmth and light everywhere she went. But nothing brought her more joy than being a Meme. Her grandchildren were her pride and her heart, and she poured every ounce of love into them—and into every child lucky enough to be around her. She had a special way of making everyone feel seen, loved, and at home.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marshall "Junior" Lee Bryant, Jr., and Shirley Parker Bryant. Tracy leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her children, Daniel Edward Underwood (Brittany), Joshua Chad Winslow, and Kasey Mullins (Chad); her grandchildren, Chyann Mullins, Alexis Underwood, Chloe Underwood, Zayne Underwood, Ayden Winslow, Austin Mullins, Easton Mullins, Clayton Mullins, and Wrenly Mullins; and one great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her sisters, Jody Blankenship and Kim Bryant: and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, May 8, 2026 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Windsor Ruritan Club to honor Tracy’s memory and the love she shared with those around her. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.

Tracy will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
