Toni L. Goddard, 23 years old of Portsmouth, VA  was called home on June 8,2022. She was predeceased by paternal grandmother Debra Bowers, her grandmother a.k.a Granny. She left behind her son Jermario Willoughby, Mother Angelina Bowers, father Antonio Goddard, sisters Melanie Goddard, Jasmine Goddard, Kaylee Bowers, Ashlynn Copeland, Jada Bowser, brothers Santino McGrew, Charles Bowser lll, fraternal grandparents Natasha and Robert Joe , Aunt Amber Bowers, Aunt Angie, a special friend Ray Ray and so many others that touched her life as well.

TT had a smile that would brighten your day.  She loved helping others and had a great passion for life. She will be missed by all that came into her life.

A time of celebrating TT's life will be held on July 1, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at City Park in Portsmouth, Virginia.
