Timothy Shaun Kelly, 61, passed away unexpectedly May 7, 2024.  He was born in Newport News, VA the son of the late Clyde "Buck" Eugene Kelly, Sr. and Virginia Baker Kelly.  Tim formerly worked as a Design Engineer for JJMA and Rosenblatt marine design firms. He loved the thrill of the playing Roulette, attending rock concerts, and taking cruises with his daughter Jessica. The Mississippi gulf coast is where he called home for the last 25 years.

Tim is survived by his wife, Lori N. Cruse; daughters, Jessica Kelly-Savage (Trent) and Kathleen Kelly (George); grandchildren, Ethan Savage, Tristan Kemp, Lucas O'Berry;  Anastasia O'Berry, and siblings, Clyde "Bucky" Eugene Kelly, Jr. and wife Linda, Cathy Virginia Kelly and husband Jeff, Jack Vaughan Kelly and wife Teresa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating.  Burial will be private at Cedar Hill Cemetery.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
