Thomasina Louise Houk, 41, passed away September 5, 2015. She was born in Suffolk, VA the daughter of the late Emmett T. and Rose A. Umphlett. Thomasina is survived by her daughter, Sheyenne Whaley; son, Shane-Michael Houk; grandson, Emmett Zackari Branch; sister, Lois Marie Darden and husband, Lin; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins; and special friends, MoJo, Tracey, and Angie.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. Charles Worth officiating. Friends may join the family Tuesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
