Thomas Charles Finley, 85, of Corapeake, NC passed away January 24, 2009. He was born in Watertown, NY the son of the late Rose Ann Farr Finley and John Joseph Finley. He was a U.S. Navy Air Force veteran having served during WWII. He later went on to retire after 45 ½ years as an engineer for Conrail RailRoad. He was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Franklin, VA.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 49 years, Maxine Brayton Finley of Corapeake, NC; daughters, Maureen Hubbard, Kathy Kinney, Mary Noorsdy, and Karen L. Mayer; sons, Thomas P. Finley and Stephen Leickert; 18 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Dara Belcher, Margaret Rowland, and Mary Killeen.
