Theresa Marie Wilkelis, 50, passed away on February 1, 2014. She was born in Warren, MI the daughter of Sylvia Klaft and the late Walter Klaft. She was also predeceased by her brother, Vincent Klaft. Theresa formerly worked in Accounts Payable for the U.S. Coast Guard. She avidly organized donations for the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. She was also a Seattle Seahawks fan.

Including her mother, Theresa is survived by her husband of 28 years, Dennis David Wilkelis; son, David Dennis Wilkelis; daughter, Alicia Marie Wilkelis; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pamela and Paul Nowakowski, Victoria and David Yeihey.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Father Kenneth Wood officiating. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Tuesday night from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
