Thelma Campbell Edwards, 75, of Windsor, VA passed away at her home October 2, 2006. She was a native of Amherst, VA and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late, Ora Gladys Wheeler Campbell and Eldridge Shelton Campbell. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Mary Alice Rayner and Irene Horne.

Thelma is survived by her husband, James Matthew Edwards of Windsor, VA; daughter, Lucy Ann Edwards Martin of Windsor, VA; sons, James Shelton Edwards of Carrollton, VA, Herbert Lee Edwards of Remseck, Germany, and Robert Matthew Edwards of Smithfield, VA; 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren; brothers, James A. Campbell of Black Shears, GA and Paul J. Campbell of Surry, VA; and brother-in-law, Billy Rayner of Hopewell, VA.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, October 6, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Hills officiating. Burial will be at Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family Thursday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 62 Belmont St., Windsor, VA 23487.
