Taylor Rhee Carr, 29, of Suffolk, Virginia passed away on October 30, 2020. She was born on January 18, 1991 in Franklin, Virginia the daughter of Deborah K. Carr and James O. Carr.
Taylor is survived by her loving children, Jayden O'Neil Brown and Aurora Noell Outlaw; mother, Deborah K. Carr; father, James O. Carr (John); paternal grandmother, Corine Oliver Carr; brother, Matthew Scott Carr; aunt, Kathy Carr; aunt and uncle, Ed and Sherry Roberts.
A celebration of life service will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
