Talmage "Tony" Eugene Evans, 44, of Portsmouth, VA passed away June 10, 2010. He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of Rebecca Capps Evans and the late Lloyd Tesman Evans. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran having served during Desert Storm. He recently worked as an administrator for a software development company.

Tony is survived by his mother, Rebecca Capps Evans of Suffolk; a daughter, Ashley Louise Evans of Okinawa, Japan; and cousins, Avis Mooring and husband, Phil, Iris Jordan, and Gary Jordan, Jimmiel Johnston and husband, Dan, Jaretta Smith and husband, Len.

A graveside memorial service with military honors will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran Cemetery with Rev. Joe Cockrell officiating. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
