Susan Everett Goodwin, 65, passed away on March 28, 2024. She was born in Nansemond Co, VA to the late Virginia Featherstun Everett Lane and Elisha Lee Everett. She worked as a self employed court reporter for 45 years after graduating from The Reporting Academy of Virginia in 1979. She was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church and Elevate Church.

Susan is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Donald Ervin Goodwin; sons, Jesse Goodwin (Jennifer) and Dylan Goodwin; grandsons, Tydus and Lincoln; sister, Martha Everett Williams (Mike); and brother, Robert "Bob" Everett (Dinah).

The Celebration of Life for Susan will be held on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 from 2pm - 6pm at Harley's Haven, 15395 Bowling Green Rd Windsor, VA 23487. Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
