Skylar Ann Davis was born on April 23, 2011 then passed away March 15, 2013. She was born in Suffolk, VA the daughter of Christa Kay Testerman and Chase Eugene Davis, Sr. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Lewell Eugene Davis. She is survived by her maternal great grandparents, Jacqueline and James Testerman; Paternal great grandmother, Mattie Louise Davis and Ardell Polensky; paternal grandmother, Rhonda Elaine Davis; maternal grandparents, Kimberly Sieber and Christopher Lee Testerman, Sr.; sister, Kayleigh; brothers, Hunter, Dakota, Chase Jr.; aunts and uncles, Deanna Testerman, Jeremy Sieber (Ashley Morrisette), Chance Davis, and Chastity Davis; and numerous other great aunts and uncles, and cousins.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Donations may be made to the funeral home.
