Shirley Anne Copeland Neville, 82, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021. She was born to the late Laura Harrell and Kennie Copeland in Nansemond Co, VA. She is also predeceased by her loving husband, Fletcher Lee Neville, Sr, three brothers and two sisters. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Portsmouth, VA and volunteered in the church nursery for years. Her passions were her family, her vegetable garden and her love of country music.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Katherine Neville and Deborah Neville; sons, Fletcher Neville, Jr., (his wife Natalie), and Christopher Neville; granddaughters, Nicole and Kaitlyn Neville; sisters, Louise Holder and Carolyn Hankins; brother, Joe Copeland; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Shirley's funeral service will be noon, Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Greg Jernigan officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
