Shiela is survived by her loving husband of over 26 years, Ivan Rivera Jr; daughters and husbands, Vanessa (Freddie) and Anastasha (Stephan); sons, Ivan III and Nicolas; 4 grandchildren and 4 siblings.
Shiela's viewing will be at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, December 12, 2017, 6-8pm. Funeral service starts at 10am, December 13, 2017 at Parr's with Fr. Cristiano Brito officiating. Committal service will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Post condolences on www.parrfuneralhome.com .
