Sherry Lane Price, 87 peacefully went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2025.  She was born in Morgansville, West Virginia the daughter of the late Eugene and Ruby Stutler.  She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Donald D. Price; and son-in-law, Brad Cherry.  Sherry retired after numerous years as a tea packer for Lipton Tea Company.  She was a charter member of Liberty Baptist Church and later went on to become a member of First Baptist Church Suffolk.

Sherry's legacy is one of hard work and deep love for her family.  Her deepest prayers were that her entire family would be followers of Christ.

Sherry is survived by her daughters, Tammy L. Sibilia (Sal), and S. Dawn Cherry; grandchildren, Josh Sibilia (Marissa), Sarae Joyner (Michael), Chris Cherry (Kelly), Kellyn Cherry (Heidi), and Megan Cherry; great grandchildren, Ava Joyner, Caleb Sibilia, Benjamin Cherry, Eila Joyner, Chloe Cherry, Eden Joyner, Levi Cherry, and Wyatt Cherry.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 3 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with her grandson, Pastor Chris Cherry officiating.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 2 - 3 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be private at Antioch Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Antioch Church Cemetery Fund or First Baptist Church Missions Fund.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com
