Sarah Jaenyne Torres Merzier, 56, passed away October 21, 2023.  She was born in New York the daughter of Adela Morales Baez Torres and the late Jose Torres, Sr.  She was predeceased by her son, Christopher A. Ramos.  Sarah worked as an account manager for Sentara Occupational Health.  She was a member of New Life Church and was devoted to her family.

In addition to her mother, Sarah is survived by her husband, Reginald Joseph Merzier; children, Kaylin Darling, Chloe Ramos, Jillian Ramos, and Nicholas Ramos; step children, Caleb Merzier and Raphael Merzier; grandchildren, Quinnley, Cooper, Hudson, Bronx, and Jett; sister, Bethsy T. Alicea; brother, Jose Torres, Jr.; best friend, Luis Ramos; and close extended family, Belinda Ramos.

Services were private.  Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
