Sandra Pearce Winslow, 72, passed away peacefully at home on January 24, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Sandra was born in Norfolk, VA on September 29, 1949, and was the daughter of James Pearce and the late Polly Pearce.  She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Phillip S. Winslow, Sr.; 3 sons, Thomas Ford and wife, Dawn and daughter, Brooke; son, Floyd Ford, his children, Hunter, Molly and Floyd Jr.; son, Phillip S. Winslow Jr. and wife, Ashley and children Addison, Colin, Holden, and Sutton.  Sandra is also survived by sisters Cindy, Janet and brother, James. Sandra was loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, they all called her Sandy Girl and they meant the world to her.  She was especially blessed over the last few years to have a special lady love and care for her, Cathy Collins, who we call our daughter we never had.

Sandra had worked many years as a Secretary, but she had fought a hard battle for the last 40 years with a disease Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, she had a tough time, but she always was willing to help out and she continued to smile until her last days. She always loved her hugs from everyone and looked forward to them every Sunday at Church.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church with Rev.
