Samuel Dale Carmack, 60, of Suffolk, VA passed away May 17, 2017. He was born in Arizona to the late Richard L. Carmack, Sr. and Joan Rockwell Leggett. He is also predeceased by his step-father, Morris Leggett.
Samuel is survived by his brothers, Rick Carmack, Jr., Randy Carmack, and Tommy Leggett.
