Ruby Anne White Weaver, 89, passed away December 22, 2020.  She was born in Chowan, NC the daughter of the late Arsie Millard White and Pattie Ward White.  She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Clark Weaver; and sister, Evelyn Blythe.  Ruby was a member of Providence United Methodist Church and the Gray Memorial Sunday School Class.  She taught nursery for over 30 years at Providence.

Ruby is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Rita Cofield (Garry), Trina Wilson (Tom), Renee Bowles (Bruce); sons, Steve Weaver and Dennis Weaver; grandchildren, Josh, Ryan, Jonathon, Holly, Ben, Andy, and Tabitha (Chris); great grandchildren, Tanner and Braelyn; sister, Dora White Aston; brother, Roger White; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Robert Cofield officiating.  Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.  Friends may join the family an hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to Providence United Methodist Church.
