Ruby Cuthrell Daniels, 91, passed away April 24, 2025.  Ruby was born in Hyde Co., NC.  She was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church. Ruby is predeceased by her first husband, Bill John Daniels, Jr.; daughter, Margaret Ann Daniels Nies and brother, Charlie Cuthrell.

Ruby is survived by her husband of 29 years, Michael Kenneth Hilliard and grandchildren, Rose and Patricia.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Cypress Chapel Christian Church, 1891 Cypress Chapel Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Pastor Larry Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, April 28, 2025, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk Humane Society, 412 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
