Rowena K. Sidebottom, 91, of Suffolk, VA passed away on June 24, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Gurth Harper and Inez Smith Harper and also precedeased by her husband, Edward Sidebottom. Rowena was a teacher in the New York School System until her retirement.
