Roger Alfred Dignard, 88,of Portsmouth, VA passed away July 27, 2015 .He was a native of Leominster, MA. Roger was a U.S. Navy Korean War veteran. He is survived by three daughters, Robin Wilkins, Jacqueline Miller and Kelly Ingram and son in law, Mark; son, Bruce Dignard; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Therese Culliton; brothers, Richard and Bernard Dignard.
