Roderick Allen Pennington, 53, passed away February 23, 2022.  He was born in Norfolk, VA the son of Lillian Worrell Rowe and the late Ralph Roderick Pennington.  Allen was predeceased by his sister, Susan Pennington.  He worked construction for Prime Concrete.

In addition to his mother, Allen is survived by his sister, Pamela Lynn Peterson and her husband, Frank.
