Mrs. Roberta Milligan, age 61, went to her heavenly home Oct. 27, 2014. She was born in Portsmouth, VA but didn't stay long before the Navy directed her father and family to Concord, CA where she met her childhood sweetheart, Glen G. Milligan, SGM, US Army, ret. Glen followed her to Norfolk, VA and was married for over 40 yrs during which time they eventually settled in North Prince George, VA. She was retired as a civil service, mainly in the Pediatric Dept at FT Lee Medical Center as a Medical Secretary, EFMP Specialist, and Special Needs Advocate.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Watts Jr. Survivors include her mother, Janis G. Watts, Norfolk, VA. Her sons, CW2 Jason (Karla) Milligan, Newport News, VA. (Two grandchildren, Patricio and Emiliano), and Jonathan Milligan, Hopewell, VA. She is also leaving behind her brother, Dennis Watts, (Susan) Great Bridge, VA and sister, Linda George, Norfolk, VA, along with nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Rd., Suffolk, VA 23434. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com
