Robert Charles Sunukjian, 48, passed away September 24, 2020 after contracting Covid-19 during an outbreak at work.  He was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts the son of Donna Marie Silva-Flibotte, Paul Francis Flibotte, Sr. and the late Robert Charles Sunukjian, Sr.  He was predeceased by his brother, Paul F. Flibotte, Jr.  Robert was a Master Jail Officer for the Hampton Roads Regional Jail.  He was a member of Ivor Baptist Church and the Fraternal Order of Police.

In addition to his parents, Robert is survived by his wife of 18 years, Ramona Kathleen Sessoms Sunukjian.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 at 6 p.m. at CrossPointe Church, 2460 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Pastor Donald Roberts officiating.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police or your local Humane Society.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
