Robert R. LeMay, 91, passed away on March 21, 2023. He was born in Auburn, Maine. He retired from the US Navy in December of 1967 and from Civil Service in May of 1993. He was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Aurore LeMay. He has a brother, Ronald B. LeMay of Auburn, Maine. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ruth O. LeMay; children, Robert R. LeMay Jr. and Cheryll A. LeMay; step daughter, Annette H. Parker; grandchildren, Laurence V. Parker Jr. (Kathy) of Richmond, VA, Courtney A. Via (Matt) of Glen Allen, VA, and Christina E. Parker of Virginia Beach, VA; and great grandchildren, Jackson L. Parker, Charles H. Parker, Peyton M. Via, and Alison R. Via.

Robert's funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Bayside Presbyterian Church, 1400 Ewell Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 with military honors. The family wishes in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Bayside Presbyterian Church or a charity of one's choice.
